Getting started
Octane is a creative intelligence platform for brands and agencies running Meta. It reads your market, your customers and your own results, then turns that evidence into ads you can defend.
Request access. Octane is a managed, white-glove product, not a self-serve signup: once you're in, someone on the team sets up your brand profile and connects your Meta account with you, so you are never figuring out the first week alone.
Yes. Talk to your account contact and it's handled. You keep access until the end of your billing period, no passive-aggressive downgrades.
Credits & usage
Credits meter Studio (image/video) generation: resizing, editing, animating, storyboards, static ad sets. Strategy, scripts, brand analysis and Cortex scoring are unmetered text work and don't touch your credit balance at all.
One complete ad concept. Strategy, static ad, video ad, execution assets. Everything you need to ship a campaign.
Monthly credits reset each billing period. Purchased top-up credits never expire and are only spent once your monthly allowance runs out.
You can upgrade your plan mid-month or buy a credit top-up. Your account isn't locked. You just can't generate new Studio images/video until you add credits.
Yes. Your dashboard shows current credit balance, usage history, and projected monthly burn rate.

The Cortex is our ad reading engine. Upload any ad (static or video) and it reads hook, angle, emotional lever, visual pattern, offer structure, trust signals and CTA, then grades what it found: early signal, corroborated, or backed by your own account data. No raw score, just what's working and what to test next.
Yes. Upload any ad and Octane reads the strategy behind it and shows you how to adapt it to your brand. We also track an Ad Inspiration Library across categories, so you can see what's currently running before you brief anything.
Static images (JPG, PNG), videos (MP4, MOV), and URLs (we'll extract the creative). For generation, we output static ads, video concepts, and complete creative briefs.
Yes. Upload brand guidelines, logos, product images, previous campaigns, and URLs. We extract your Brand DNA: tone, positioning, visual style, and use it to generate on-brand creative.
Image resizer (all ad platform dimensions), background removal, basic editing (brightness, contrast, color), image animator (add motion to statics), and concept pack exports.
Plans
Every plan runs the same core loop: the four sources, the ranked evidence, the creative, and the readback. Pricing is set to your team size and how many brands you run, so request access and we'll work out the right plan together rather than pick blind off a price list.
Yes. Talk to your account contact when your needs change and it's handled the same day. You're never locked into what you started on.
Technical & security
Yes. Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, hosted on Supabase. Your content is never used to train our models without explicit permission.
You do. Everything you create with Octane belongs to you. We claim no rights to your output.
No. Your uploaded content is only used to provide the service to you (analysis, generation). We don't train our models on customer data unless you explicitly opt in to our improvement program.
Yes. Export all your creative kits, analysis reports, and brand materials at any time. We provide JSON and PDF exports.
You have 30 days to export your data. After that, we delete it permanently. We don't hold your data hostage.
Support & resources
Email support@octanestudio.ai and you'll hear from a real person, not a ticket queue. Response times and the channel scale with your plan, from email up to a dedicated Slack with your account manager.
Onboarding covers the workflows you'll actually use, walked through with your account contact rather than left for you to find in a help center. Anything that comes up after that, ask directly.

Yes, for every account, not just larger ones. Beyond the initial setup, we run live workshops whenever new tools ship, and your account contact is who to ask when something isn't clicking.
